Sign up now for The Ramateur 2021, our limited-field event taking place the weekend of Saturday & Sunday, Dec. 4-5, 2021 at Rams Hill Golf Club in Borrego Springs, California. Your entry fee into The Ramateur includes two days of individual net stroke-play competition on our championship Tom Fazio-designed golf course, plus food, prizes, giveaways and other friendly competitions in our Full Swing Simulator and outdoor game area (cornhole, tennis-ball golf and more). We’ll have prizes for low-gross winners as well. Multiple flights based on number of entrants. Players must be Amateur players and must have an active GHIN number to participate.

NEW FOR THIS YEAR! We’re expanding our Tee Gifts with new tournament sponsors, plus adding a Saturday Raffle with giveaways and a Grand Prize Two-Night Golf Getaway for a Foursome. And the Food & Beverage is taking a leap as well — in addition to Breakfast Burritos and Apple-Caramel Cookies, our meals will include a Steak Cookout on Saturday night, plus there will be enhanced food options on the golf course, including Ram Shack Tacos on the 14th tee.

Sign up now for The Clash — Rams Hill Golf Club’s inaugural two-person event. It’s a Two-Player Best Ball — you and your partner each play all 18 holes each day, and your team score is the better score for each hole, added up to a cumulative 36-hole total at the end of the tournament to ultimately crown a gross and net team champion. Accompanied by good food, games, prizes, gifts and more, The Clash is sure to be a weekend of competitive fun.

Your entry fee into The Clash includes two days of golf competition on our championship Tom Fazio-designed golf course (must have active GHIN number to participate), plus entry into our Sunday Raffle with a Grand Prize Two-Night Golf Getaway, and other contests, giveaways and friendly competitions in our Full Swing Simulator and outdoor game area (cornhole, tennis-ball golf and more).

And what about Food? Start the day with Rams Hill’s famous Breakfast Burritos and end each round with an Apple-Caramel Cookie. The Ramateur is now "full" at 64 players. We are currently capped at 64 to comply with state and county Coronavirus regulations, however, we remain optimistic that The Ramateur will ultimately, and safely, field 100 players.

Registration remains open, and all entries beyond the first 64 will now be time-stamped in the order they are received and placed on a Waiting List to be entered into the tournament accordingly if/when spots become available or the event is allowed to expand the field.

*This May 2020 event was postponed because of Covid-19 considerations. Say goodbye to Spring in style. Sign up now for The Campout, Rams Hill Golf Club’s inaugural two-person-team end-of-season tournament Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31. Participants will play the award-winning Rams Hill as pairs in a 36-hole competition, complete with food, fun, awards and raffle prizes (If you don’t have a partner, don’t worry — we’ll help pair you up). Plus a wide range of overnight options are available — renting our 8-person House on the Hill overlooking the 15th fairway; camping out and RV parking (without hookups) on property; or hotel packages with nearby La Casa Del Zorro Resort and Borrego Springs Resort. Register as a Single or Team and Choose Your Custom Options below — space is limited.

Format:

Two-day, 36 hole Four-Ball Net (best ball) competition (18 holes each day).

*players must have an active GHIN number to participate. Those without a GHIN number / Handicap Index will play to scratch.*

Registration includes:

Two days of golf (36 holes), cart and range balls

Tee gifts from partners to be announced

Lunch and dinner on Saturday/breakfast and lunch on Sunday
