Rams Hill Golf Club Birthday Round Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This promotion is available exclusively to individuals who are subscribed to the Rams Hill Golf Club email newsletter. Subscribers must provide their name, email address, date of birth, and gender upon subscription to be eligible.
Birthday Round Offer: Eligible subscribers are entitled to one (1) free round of golf at Rams Hill Golf Club on their birthday. This offer is valid only on the date of the subscriber’s birthday as registered in our system.
Non-Transferability: The birthday round offer is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred to another person, nor can it be redeemed on any day other than the subscriber’s birthday.
Course Availability: The offer is only valid on days when Rams Hill Golf Club is open for business. Please note that our operational days and hours may vary and subscribers are advised to check our schedule in advance.
Seasonal Closure: Unfortunately, Rams Hill Golf Club will be closed from May 1 to October 3, 2024. Subscribers with birthdays falling within this period will be contacted with alternative offers for the future.
Special Provision for December 25 Birthdays: Rams Hill Golf Club is closed on December 25. Subscribers with a birthday on this date may redeem their free round on either December 24 or December 26.
Advance Booking Required: To avail of the birthday round, subscribers must book their tee time in advance. Walk-up requests or requests for after-the-fact credits will not be honored.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: Rams Hill Golf Club reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued subscription to our email list following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
