2-Night Minimum Stays are required on the weekends for all Golf Houses larger than 2 bedrooms. All other Golf Houses and both partner resorts are available for 1 or more nights on both weeknights and weekend nights.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in Rams Hill Golf Houses. Our partner resorts — La Casa Del Zorro and Borrego Springs Resort — allow dogs under some circumstances for an additional fee paid directly to the resort. Please contact the resorts for more information.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Stay & Play, Groups and Events Cancellation Policy: Golfers are responsible to pay the amount due in full at the time of booking. There is no penalty to cancel 31 days or longer prior to the date of arrival; golfers will be eligible to receive a full refund of the amount due. From 30 days prior to arrival to 15 days prior to arrival, Rams Hill will hold your payment in full for use toward future golf or lodging only. From 14 days prior to arrival to 6 days prior to arrival, cancellation results in a 50% forfeiture of the amount due in full, with the remaining amount being held toward future golf or lodging only. All held funds are non-transferable and can be applied to a future stay and play within 14 months of cancellation after which time the funds will be forfeited. Within 5 days of arrival, a cancellation results in forfeiture of the amount due in full. This policy also applies for Groups of 16 or more unless otherwise noted in the Group Contract.

Daily-Fee Tee Times Cancellation Policy: Golfers are required to pay the amount due in full at the time of booking. Cancellations are fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to the tee time. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from canceling your tee time with more than 48-hour notice, 50% of the fees paid will be placed on account for use toward future golf only. All held funds are non-transferable. The remaining 50% of fees will be forfeited. Account balances expire 14 months from the date of the originally scheduled tee time.

Inclement Weather: In rare instances that the course is closed due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be provided for those tee times that are lost. When the course is open for play, credit for inclement weather will be issued at the sole discretion of the Golf Shop.
