We are looking for professional Clubhouse and Pro Shop talent that would enjoy golf privileges in addition to other employee amenities. Rams Hill Golf Club Openings 

Rams Hill Yacht Club Sous Chef

Motivated and self-starting with responsibilities for high-quality food service production, safety and sanitation, supervisory responsibilities in the heart of the house, and cutting edge creativity. Administrative responsibilities include payroll, monthly inventory, weekly COS, and purchase log. Golf club experience not required, however, is encouraged. This position will include Safety Committee Chair Person. Must maintain flexible schedule and able to work any shift and any assigned task.

Bartender

Candidate must be legal to serve alcohol. Must have excellent repertoire of classic cocktails in addition to some working knowledge of eclectic “mixology,” craft beer and premium spirits as well as strong foundation for wine knowledge, may require food service. Conduct safety inspections. Must maintain flexible schedule and able to work any shift.

Yacht Club Cocktail Server

Candidate must be legal to serve alcohol and have a current California drivers license. Offers beverage and food service on the patio, Kivas, Yacht Club Grill and rotate as beverage cart attendant per diem. Must maintain flexible schedule and able to work any shift.

Bartender Assistant

Candidate must be legal to serve alcohol. Supports the Bartender and Yacht Club Cocktail Server for optimal guest service. Must take directions well and remain organized in fast paced service conditions. May require heavy lifting. Must maintain flexible schedule and able to work any shift.

Beverage Cart Lead

Candidate must be legal to serve alcohol and have a current California Drivers License. Responsible for cart inventory control, Golf Course service, navigation the course during play with appropriate golf etiquette. Communicate with the Kitchen as needed for any special request. Mix Cocktails on the course and serve food.
Must maintain flexible schedule and able to work any shift.

Dish Attendant

Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness with service wares for the bar and dining room. Conduct spot cleaning in the kitchen. Maintain the dish machine with a sense of ownership. Report problems.

Kitchen Janitor

Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and operation is a benefit. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Conduct safety inspections as a Safety Committee member.

Clubhouse Attendant

Insure that clubhouse and golf course facilities are clean and well stocked for guest service.

Beverage Cart Attendant

Candidate must be legal to serve alcohol and have a current California drivers license, golf course service, navigation the course during play with appropriate golf etiquette. Communicate with the kitchen as needed for any special request. Mix cocktails on the course and serve food. Must maintain flexible schedule and able to work any shift. May rotate as Yacht Club beverage server per diem.

Clubhouse Greeter

Welcoming guests into the clubhouse and directing as needed or seating them for food and beverage. Must command excellent telephone and guest contact etiquette and present with a professional manner. Must remain organized and maintain seating charts as directed. Must master navigation in Open Table.

Kitchen Expediter/Food Runner

Must be able to master a working knowledge of both kitchen operation and dining room service and maintain smooth flow. Must take direction well and remain organized in fast paced conditions and multi-tasking skills a plus. May require heavy lifting. Non-tipped

Food Server

Candidate must be able to legally serve alcohol with food. Ability to establish rapport with guests to provide highest level of service possible, ability to exchange information clearly and remain organized in fast paced service conditions are necessary. May require lifting. Must maintain flexible schedule and able to work any shift.

Food Server Assistant

Prepares the dining room for service and supports food servers for optimal guest service. Must take direction well and remain organized in fast paced service conditions. May require heavy lifting.

Prep Cook

Must be able to take direction and work in a fast paced food production environment. Must maintain flexible schedule and able to work any shift. May require lifting.

Line Cook

Must be able to take direction and work in a fast paced food production environment. May require lifting. Must be able to rotate through broiler, sauté, vegetable prep, and cold side. Must have skills to satisfy plating requirements and detail focused. Culinary students welcome. Must maintain flexible schedule and able to work any shift.

Lead Line Cook

Opening responsibilities with preparing AM Specials, receiving deliveries. Must be able to take direction and work in a fast paced food production environment. May require lifting. Must be able to rotate through broiler, sauté, vegetable prep, and cold side. Must have skills to satisfy plating requirements and detail focused. Conduct safety inspections as a Safety Committee member. Culinary students welcome. Must maintain flexible schedule and able to work any shift or overtime.
