The end of the season will mark Chef Jeremy’s last official day at Rams Hill. Jeremy has poured his heart and soul into both the management of the Rams Hill food and beverage operations and in delivering wonderful food for our guests. While at Rams Hill, Jeremy was responsible for the reorganization of the kitchen, bringing solid business principles and disciplines to the food and beverage operation, along with the training and supervision of his staff.
Jeremy has promised to take time away from Jeremy’s on the Hill, his Julian restaurant, next season to return to Rams Hill for a couple of wine dinners and other special events.
Please join us in saying “Thank You” to Jeremy for his tireless service to Rams Hill and in wishing him wonderful success at Jeremy’s on the Hill.
From the Kitchen
By Jeremy Manley, Executive Chef
Spending the past two years at Rams Hill Golf Club has been an incredible experience and a great way to learn about a clubhouse atmosphere. The time getting to know our members, understanding new cuisine requests, and running the food and beverage department for the first time in my career has been one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve been a part of. Monday Night Football with Glen Clark and friends, the Christmas cards, wine dinners with the Jones’ family, eating in the valley with Al Johnson, and so many more memories I will cherish and take with me.
I am heading back to Julian to be at my restaurant, Jeremy’s on the Hill. Since my sister’s pregnancy has taken her in a different direction, I will be returning to manage Jeremy’s on the Hill beginning this summer. I extend a welcome to everyone driving past or looking for a night out to come taste what’s cooking at my family’s restaurant.
I look forward to being a part of Rams Hill in the future for special events, wine dinners, and more! Thank you all for allowing me to be here and to let me experience life with you at Rams Hill. You have made me a better Chef and person!
All the best,
